Dr. Biggee incorporates a range of time-tested nutritional principles in her medical practice. She encourages a whole food, plant based, anti-inflammatory, Mediterranean diet but recognizes that every individual has unique nutrition needs. Unique needs may range from needing a specific Ayurveda dosha balancing diet to low histamine diet or a gentle elimination diet. She incorporates time scheduled eating, educates on circadian eating patterns, and utilizes the fasting-mimicking diet. Nutrition is an excellent medium to restore balance and wellness.
