She incorporates time-scheduled eating, educates on circadian eating patterns, and utilizing the fasting-mimicking diet.

She uses her extensive knowledge in Ayurveda to choose the most appropriate diet to balance your dosha. Each person’s dosha is a unique combination of the five elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements correspond to different qualities in the body mind, and spirit. Nutrition is an excellent medium to restore balance and wellness.
