This model is a direct relationship between the patient and Dr. Biggee.  It removes the middleperson such as insurance, referrals, hospital systems, and third parties. 

Dr. Biggee chooses to directly contract with the patient. This allows for extended time, personalized care, holistic modalities and extended clinical support without hassle or restrictions from insurance plans. 

Patients have  a direct relationship,  direct access, direct communication, and direct transparent costs for truly integrated services.  

How Direct Specialty Care Works?

Initial New Patient Consultation

$550

Includes:

Preparation - Comprehensive Review

  • Dr. Biggee performs an extensive review of provided medical records. Patients are invited to complete specific lifestyle, integrative, and rheumatology questionnaires prior to the appointment date.

  • Information will be reviewed in detail prior to appointment .

  • This is designed to be fully prepared for a human-centered holistic initial new patient visit.

New Patient 60 minute Face to Face Appointment

  • Initial Lifestyle pillar of health assessment and counseling

    • Nutrition

    • Exercise

    • Stress Management

  • Initial Integrative medicine assessment and plan

    • Herbal consult

One 30 minute Follow up Appointment
